significantly more effective web presence. I led a team that redesigned the website and launched an e-newsletter, achieving
these key web marketing results within 6 months: -- Web traffic increased from 3,107 per month in August 2001 to 5,921
in January 2002 (+90%) -- Web registrations for consultations increased from 50 per month to 145 (+190%) in the same time

An encryption
software company with a solid product line wanted to build national brand credibility quickly. I worked with this company
and its strategic partner Intel to successfully launch a co-marketing program bundling the encryption software in with well-known
and respected Intel motherboards.
A 20-year-old marketing communications firm wanted to expand its business
model to include web design services. I secured the studio's first full web design projects, after which this new revenue
channel steadily grew.
An architect, artist, and photographer had 25 years of travel shots in storage, shared
only with his family and friends. I worked with him to come up with the concept of an online Photo Art Card business based
on specific themes. I managed product development and rollout, pricing strategies, website building, and online store construction.
These images are now broadly accessible to customers in a form they in turn can share with family and friends to sustain
and build valued relationships.

An
established sole proprietor needed to generate new business after an unusual slowdown in the market. I partnered with the
owner to conduct a thorough retooling of image and positioning. I also developed a first-time, strategic Internet presence
that increased local and regional awareness of the business. In addition, I created first-time marketing inserts and fliers
